Price per person. From 19th of June to 11th of Sept. minimum stay 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.
Booking less than 7 days (or variation of arrival and departure from Saturday) ONLY ON REQUEST. Private
beach with umbrella and two deck-chairs are included. Beach service in first line on extra payment.
Nice Price: 10 % discount early booking within 31th t of march. From 1st of April - booking on request.
Minimum stay 7 days until 7th of august and again from 28th august on.
30 % of the total costs must be placed as a deposit. After the receiving of the deposit payment you will
receive the booking confirmation with all the information necessary and our general business terms.
ROOM OCCUPATION: Family room 3 full-fee minimum. Communicating rooms 4 full-fee
minimum.

Long holidays: 10 % reduction for the 2nd week; Age over 65: 5 % reduction ; “just married”: 5 % reduction
SPECIAL OFFER FOR CHILDREN:
Family plan: 2 + 2 (0-12 years)=3 full-fee during all periods
1 adult + 1 child (2-12 years) = 20%reduction for the child (period 7/08 – 28/08 excluded)
Tourism TAX: Tourism is being targeted as a growing source of tax revenue by governments across the word. If Italian
government should decide to apply this new tax, this charge is not included in our price list and has to be paid in addition.
